UAI Donates Fire Truck to Philippine Red Cross
Last November 24, 2017, during an event entitled “Simulation and Walk-Thru PRC’s Emergency Medical Unit
with Surgical Capacity” conducted by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) to highlight the organization’s growing
capacity for emergency response missions, representatives from United Auctioneers Inc. (UAI) lead by UAI
head honchos, brothers Dominic L. Sytin and Rommel L. Sytin, presented a ceremonial key to the Chairman of
the PRC, Senator Richard J. Gordon, which represents UAI’s donation and turnover of a Fuso Fighter Double
Cab Fire Truck to the PRC in support of the organization’s emergency response missions across the nation. The
event was held at the PRC Logistics and Training Center in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Philippines.
UAI has been active in its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that is anchored in the Company’s “Tulong at Kalinga” program which aims to provide assistance to the less fortunate in need of relief goods and services, food, shelter, and education. In this aspect, UAI has partnered with PRC several times in support of PRC’s humanitarian programs.
